January
19 January: Ben Page spoke at Route Map organised by the NHS Sustainable Development Unit. Ben spoke on the topic Working together to progress Sustainable Development.
February
15 February: Tara Beard-Knowland of Ipsos ASI spoke at the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) event sharing the results of the inaugural Social Media Benchmark survey. The event was hosted at the prestigious Bloomberg Auditorium in London and moderated by Manus Cranny from Bloomberg Television.
17 February: Ben Page spoke at the Social Media Governance Forum, part of Social Media Week. Ben spoke on the topic Becoming Social.

16 March: Rose Neville presented at the SAPH (Sefton Association of Primary Headteachers) Conference. Rose presented Young people in a changing world.
May
14 May: Sarah Castell and Jayesh Shah will present at the British Science Association's Science Communication Conference. They will present "Walk a mile in their shoes: engaging different demographics".
17 May: Edward Langley will be speaking at the Institute of Chartered Foresters' conference, Future Forestry on attitudes to the natural environment.
June
28 June: Ben Page will provide the keynote presentation at Citizen 2012 on June 28 in London. Ben will outline how pervasive mobility and social networking are changing the nature of the 'contract' between citizen and government.
July
9 July: Anna Beckett is co-presenting a paper with Liz Richardson at XXII World Congress of Political Science in Madrid. They are presenting in a session called Exploring and Explaining the Changing Attitudes of Citizens toward the Political System.
